Aircraft leasing and
charter solutions

From private jets to freighters, from a single flight to long-term leasing. The operator performs the flight; we manage the process from start to finish.

Leasing areas

Four leasing areas,
one managed process

The type of request changes; the process we run does not: operator screening, certificate and insurance checks, a written price breakdown, coordination on the day of the flight.

Scope

Charter
services

The full scope of our charter work. Our role is the same in all of it: finding the right operator, having the contract drawn up, and following the flight until it departs.

We also run a search for a requirement that is not on the list — on special mission flights, equipment suitability and authority permits are the deciding factors.

  • Urgent short-notice flights
  • Scheduled charter flights
  • Private jet charter
  • Corporate and VIP travel flights
  • Passenger aircraft charter
  • Cargo aircraft charter
  • Long-term aircraft leasing solutions
  • Helicopter charter and regional flights
  • Air ambulance coordination
  • Firefighting aircraft charter
  • Official and diplomatic flights
  • Group charter flights
  • Special mission operations
Equipment

Aircraft categories

Range, seating layout and airport constraints determine which category fits. The route decides the category, not preference.

Light jets

For short point-to-point flights and airports with short runways.

  • Citation CJ2 – CJ3
  • Phenom 300
  • Learjet 45

Midsize jets

A balance of cabin comfort and cost on intra-European and regional flights.

  • Citation XLS
  • Hawker 800XP
  • Learjet 60

Super midsize jets

A wider cabin and longer non-stop legs.

  • Challenger 350
  • Citation X
  • Falcon 2000

Heavy jets

Intercontinental travel, stand-up cabin, delegation programmes.

  • Gulfstream G450 / G550
  • Falcon 7X / 8X
  • Global 6000

Ultra long range jets

For programmes that require non-stop reach to distant continents.

  • Gulfstream G650 / G700
  • Global 7500

Passenger aircraft

Group and capacity programmes that require full aircraft allocation.

  • Boeing · Airbus
  • Embraer E190 · Bombardier CRJ900
  • ATR 72

Helicopters

VIP helicopter transfers and regional helicopter operations: city connections, island-to-island transfers and offshore access. Planned together with a jet leg, they shorten door-to-door time considerably.

Continuous access

Long-term leasing
and ACMI

We set up monthly and annual lease arrangements for organisations, executives and public institutions that need continuous aircraft access.

In long-term leasing, operating authority, responsibility and registration are set by the contract model. In a dry lease the aircraft is handed over bare and operated under the lessee's AOC; crew, maintenance and insurance are the lessee's, and the country of registration may change. In wet lease and ACMI the aircraft, crew, maintenance and insurance are provided by the lessor operator and the registration stays with it; a capacity shortfall can be closed quickly.

Your usage profile determines which model fits: monthly block hours, route density, your crew resources and your certificate status.

  • Continuous aircraft access. Off-schedule requests no longer require a search for an aircraft.
  • A flexible travel schedule. Route and timing changes are absorbed without depending on an operator's schedule.
  • Discreet and secure travel. A fixed crew and a defined cabin layout.
  • A cost advantage over ownership. No capital is tied up; in wet lease and ACMI the maintenance and hangar burden also stays with the lessor.
  • Block-hour based ACMI. Seasonal capacity support and a predictable unit cost.
  • Cabin and branding application. Coordination of configuration and livery.

Which model fits you?

For short and infrequent usage profiles, on-demand charter is usually the better fit. Once your monthly block hours pass a certain threshold, long-term leasing takes over. We calculate that threshold together with your route and how often you fly.

Process

From request to departure

Four steps. You always know which step you are on.

01

Request and scope

We take the route, dates and passenger or cargo details, then work out the airport constraints and permit requirements.

02

Operator screening

We compile suitable candidates from our international operator network and check their certificate and insurance status.

03

Comparative quote

We present aircraft category, type, operator and cost items side by side, in writing.

04

Contract and flight

We set up the contract with the operator, run slot, handling and permit coordination, and stay reachable on the day of the flight.

How we work

Why Gazali Aviation

We are independent. We are not tied to any manufacturer or operator; our recommendation is not limited to the availability of a single fleet.

Independent selection

We are not the sales representative of any one operator. We screen the suitable candidates and explain the differences between them.

Price breakdown in writing

Block hours, positioning, airport and ground services, crew and taxes are shown item by item. We do not automatically put the lowest quote first; we write down where the difference comes from.

Operator checks

On every request we confirm the validity of the operator certificate, the insurance limits and the maintenance status of the aircraft.

Two offices, one team

Offices in Dubai South Free Zone and Istanbul Levent; uninterrupted follow-up across the Gulf and European time zones.

International memberships

We are an Industry Partner (Associate) of the International Business Aviation Council (IBAC) and a member of the Middle East & North Africa Business Aviation Association (MEBAA).

ISO 9001:2015

The scope of our quality management system certificate includes aircraft charter brokerage. Certificate no. QMS-2026/00157-1050, AIQCERT International Certification Services LLC.

Responsibility

Legal framework

Gazali Aviation is not an aircraft operator and holds no AOC (Air Operator Certificate).

All flights are performed under the operating certificate of the relevant operator and under that operator's responsibility. Our role is limited to operator selection, contract coordination and management of the flight process; we assume no operational, safety or technical responsibility.

What we confirm on your behalf before the flight

Operator selection comes before price. We check each of the items below separately on every request and share the result in writing.

  • AOC and operating certificate validity check
  • Confirmation of insurance cover and limits
  • Aircraft age and maintenance status
  • A written breakdown of cost items
Common questions

Frequently asked questions

Does Gazali Aviation operate the flight?

No. We hold no AOC and we do not operate aircraft. The flight takes place under the certificate of the operator you sign the contract with, and under that operator's responsibility. We handle operator selection, contract coordination and flight follow-up.

How soon does the quote arrive?

If the route, dates and capacity are clear, we come back to you the same day. On routes that require permits or on special mission flights, the time depends on the operator's and the authority's response. For urgent short-notice requests we work by priority, not by queue.

What does the price cover?

The quote shows the block hour rate, positioning cost (the aircraft flying to the departure airport and back), airport and ground services, handling, crew, fuel and taxes as separate items. Anything that falls outside the scope is stated in writing as well.

What is an empty leg?

It is an aircraft's positioning flight without passengers. If your dates and route are flexible, a one-way price can be noticeably more favourable. Because empty legs depend on the operator's schedule, they can change or be cancelled at short notice; we do not recommend them for tightly scheduled travel.

What is the difference between dry lease and wet lease?

In a dry lease only the aircraft is leased and it is operated under the lessee's own AOC; crew, maintenance and insurance are the lessee's, and the country of registration may change. In the wet lease (ACMI) model the aircraft, crew, maintenance and insurance stay with the lessor operator, and flights are performed under its AOC and registration. In short, the choice depends on whether you hold your own AOC.

Which operators do you work with?

We work with an international operator network and are not tied to any manufacturer or operator. Operator selection is made per request, according to the route, the equipment and the safety record; we show you the candidates and the differences between them.

What do I need to know for a cargo flight?

The weight, dimensions, packaging type and dangerous goods class of the cargo determine the aircraft type. For oversize cargo, the loading equipment and airport infrastructure are checked as well. Giving us this information up front shortens the time to quote.

How do payment and the contract proceed?

The contract is made between you and the operator; we review the terms together. Cancellation and change conditions, delay rules and liability limits are shared separately in writing before signature.
