In aviation, a part's value is determined as much by its paperwork as by its physical condition. If the traceability chain is broken, the part cannot be used even if it is sound.
For every part we request the regulatory authority certificate and the traceability record, and we check them before passing them on to you.
For U.S.-origin parts, an End-User Statement is required under 15 CFR Part 744. Completed before the order, this form declares who will use the part and on which aircraft.
We search our network for the part you need, collect quotes from several sources and explain the differences between them.
OEM, serviceable, overhauled and exchange units, through a worldwide supplier and MRO network.
When an aircraft is on the ground, every hour is a cost. AOG requests are handled by priority rather than by queue, and we report availability the same day.
Direct access to manufacturer and maintenance organisation networks; coordination of exchange and overhaul programmes.
Sourcing research for aircraft and helicopter components, including out-of-production and hard-to-find parts.
Packaging, export documentation, customs and, in urgent cases, shipment by cargo charter.
The price of an aviation part depends on the unit's condition, certification, traceability, lead time and quantity. A single list price would be misleading. Send us your basket and we will come back with current pricing and lead time for each item.
The list here is only part of our network. Send us the part number and we will search our network of suppliers, manufacturers and MROs. We also run sourcing research for out-of-production parts.
It means handing over your faulty unit and receiving a working one in its place. It shortens the wait and is usually cheaper than an outright purchase. The core return period and its conditions are set out in the contract from the start.
For U.S.-origin parts it is a requirement of export control regulations. You declare who will use the part, on which aircraft and for what purpose. No shipment can be made without the declaration; missing information delays or cancels the order.
For items in stock, shipment can begin the same day. For units requiring exchange or overhaul, the time depends on the MRO turnaround. For AOG requests we prioritise the fastest workable option.
