Gazali Aviation is an independent firm working in aircraft and helicopter sales and acquisition brokerage, and in aviation consultancy.
We run two operational hubs: Dubai South Freezone and Istanbul Levent. Both sit in the middle of the aviation traffic between the Gulf and Europe — most of our clients are at one end of that line or the other.
We provide tailored advisory solutions in aircraft sales, acquisitions and charter operations for international clients in Europe, the Middle East and emerging markets. Our aim is to close every transaction transparently, efficiently and with a sound structure.

What we don't do
We do not operate aircraft and we hold no AOC (Air Operator Certificate). This is a deliberate choice: because we are not an operator, we are under no pressure to steer you toward a particular fleet.

We have no ties to any particular manufacturer or operator. Every aircraft that reaches the shortlist is assessed against the same criteria.
