Engines & APU
sourcing

From a complete engine to a single LRU, from an APU to a QEC kit. We source through our international supplier and MRO network, confirm certification and traceability, and manage the shipment through to the end.

Scope

The engine is the most expensive
and most critical item

An engine failure leaves the aircraft on the ground, and the wrong purchase burns money and time together. That is why work on the engine side starts with finding the right unit and the right paperwork, before looking for a price.

Every quote states, in writing, the unit's type, serial number, hours and cycles, last shop visit record and the certification it comes with. We do not put a unit with incomplete documentation into a quote.

We are not tied to any manufacturer, MRO or supplier. For the same unit we screen several sources and set out the differences between them — condition, certification, lead time and warranty — item by item.

This list is not a stock declaration

The types above show the scope of our supply network; they do not mean every one of them is in stock at all times. Availability of a specific type, condition (new / serviceable / overhauled) and lead time is settled request by request, with supplier confirmation.

Unit types

From a complete engine
to a single component

Complete engine

Engines ready for an on-wing change. Offered together with hours and cycles, the last shop visit record, remaining life on LLPs (life-limited parts) and maintenance programme records.

Engine modules

Fan, HPC, HPT, LPT and accessory gearbox modules. A faster and usually more economical solution than a complete engine change.

QEC kits

Quick Engine Change kits and their components. The lines, pylon and attachment hardware that make a bare engine installable on the wing.

LRUs and accessories

Line replaceable units: fuel control units, FADEC/EEC, oil and fuel pumps, starters, IDGs and sensors.

Frequently requested

APU units

Auxiliary power units and APU components. Supply of a complete APU, an exchange unit or on a module basis; including starter, fuel control and combustion chamber parts.

Overhaul and exchange

Handing over the unserviceable unit and receiving a working one (exchange), or having the existing unit overhauled at an MRO. Turnaround time and core return terms are set out from the start.

Certification

A unit without documentation
is not included in a quote

In aviation a part's value is set by its paperwork as much as by its physical condition. If the traceability chain is broken, the unit cannot be used even when it is technically sound.

For every unit we request the regulatory authority certificate, the traceability record and — where it exists — the maintenance history, and we check them before passing them on to you.

  • EASA Form 1 — European certificate of conformity
  • FAA 8130-3 — U.S. airworthiness approval tag
  • Trace / traceability — the airline or MRO chain the unit came from
  • Condition statement — new, serviceable, overhauled or as removed
  • Hours, cycles and LLP records — for complete engines and modules
  • Last shop visit report — if available

Export compliance

For US-origin parts an End-User Statement (EUS) is required under 15 CFR Part 744. No shipment is made to countries or persons on sanctions lists; the military end-use declaration is confirmed separately.

Process

From request to delivery

For AOG requests the steps are the same; only the hours turn into minutes.

01

Request and identification

We take the engine type, part number, required condition and urgency. The aircraft registration and the application (aircraft/NHA) are recorded.

02

Source search

Suitable units are searched across the supplier and MRO network; certification, traceability and lead time are confirmed.

03

Comparative quote

Options are presented side by side with condition, certification, warranty, lead time and price.

04

Shipping and delivery

The EUS and export paperwork are completed, packaging and the engine stand are coordinated, and the shipment is tracked through to delivery.

AOG

When the aircraft is on the ground
every hour is a cost

On AOG requests we work by priority, not by queue. The source search starts the moment the request reaches us; availability and a realistic delivery window are reported the same day.

  • A line reachable 24/7
  • Shortening the wait with an exchange unit
  • Engine stand and special packaging coordination
  • Urgent shipment by cargo charter if needed
  • Customs and lifting equipment confirmation at the arrival airport
