Template text notice
The text below is a draft prepared to complete the structure of this site. Before publication it must be reviewed by your legal counsel against the company's actual data processing operations.
1. Parties and acceptance
These Terms of Use govern the conditions applicable to the use of the website at gazaliaviation.com, which belongs to Gazali Aviation. By visiting the site, viewing its content or submitting a request to us through the site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept the terms, please do not use the site.
The site is operated by Gazali Aviation, which carries out its activities through the legal entities Canberk Gazali Aviation Brokerage Havacılık Ltd. Şti. in Türkiye and Canberk Gazali Aviation DWC-LLC in the United Arab Emirates.
2. Nature of the content — it is informational, not an offer
All content on the site is provided for general information purposes. Aircraft and helicopter listings, parts records, engine and APU information, service descriptions, process explanations and frequently asked questions do not constitute an offer (a binding proposal), do not establish a preliminary contract and do not, on their own, give rise to any commitment.
The only binding instruments are the offer delivered to you in writing, expressly stating its term, scope and conditions, and the contract signed on the basis of that offer. In the event of a discrepancy between the information on the site and the written offer, the written offer prevails.
- Inventory information: the status of aircraft, engine and parts records may change within a short time according to market conditions; it is not guaranteed that an item shown on the site is still available. Entries marked on the site as a sample record do not represent actual stock; these records carry no serial number and this is indicated with a warning on the relevant page.
- Price information: prices are not published in the parts catalog. Pricing is notified in writing upon request, according to the condition of the part, its certification, the place of delivery and the degree of urgency.
- Technical data: range, seating capacity, performance and similar aircraft data are approximate values based on manufacturer and market sources; they cannot be relied upon on their own for flight planning or technical decisions.
3. Scope of services — brokerage and consultancy; not aircraft operation
This section is the most critical provision defining the legal position of our company, and the entire site must be read within this framework.
Gazali Aviation provides aviation brokerage and consultancy services only. It does not operate aircraft, does not hold an AOC (Air Operator Certificate) and assumes no operational, safety or technical responsibility. All flights are performed under the AOC of the relevant operator and under that operator's responsibility.
In concrete terms, this means the following:
- The performance of the flight does not belong to us. The aircraft, the crew, the flight plan, the fuel and maintenance decisions, the weather and safety assessment and the decision to take off or land are conducted by the operator holding the AOC. Whether a flight is performed or cancelled is solely the operator's decision.
- The operator is the party to the contract of carriage. In a charter or lease transaction, the obligation of carriage, the liability for passengers and cargo, and the insurance and compensation regime are determined by the contract concluded with the relevant operator and by the legislation to which that operator is subject. Gazali Aviation does not take part in this relationship in the capacity of carrier.
- It does not perform maintenance or repair. Our company is not an approved maintenance organization (Part-145 etc.); decisions on airworthiness, acceptance of maintenance and technical compliance are made by the relevant approved organization, the operator or the owner.
- It acts as an intermediary in parts supply. The final assessment regarding a part's certification, its traceability documents and its eligibility for installation on the aircraft is the responsibility of the approved maintenance organization accepting the part and of the operator.
- Consultancy services do not replace legal, financial or technical certification advice. Assessments made on the site or in meetings do not take the place of the opinion of a lawyer, a certified public accountant, an insurance surveyor or an authorized technical organization.
The diligence exercised by our company in the selection of counterparties and during the presentation and negotiation phase is reserved; however, this diligence does not attribute to our company the capacity of carrier, operator or technically responsible party in the event that the operator or the counterparty fails to fulfill its own obligations.
4. Use of the request and quotation forms
When submitting a request through the site:
- You accept that the information you provide is accurate, current and your own; and that, if you are submitting a request on behalf of another person, you are authorized to do so.
- You may not use the forms by automated means, in bulk or for the purpose of straining the systems. The site has technical measures in place against automated submissions; attempts to circumvent these measures may be blocked.
- Your having submitted a request does not give rise to an obligation to make an offer or to undertake the service. Our company reserves the right not to evaluate a request without stating a reason.
- The personal data you send is processed as explained in the Privacy Policy and the KVKK Disclosure Statement.
5. Intellectual property
The texts, images, logo and brand elements, page layout, icon set, software code and data compilations on the site belong to Gazali Aviation or to its licensors; they are protected by national legislation and international treaties.

- Copying, reproducing or republishing all or part of the content without permission, using it on another site or in printed media, collecting it by automated means (scraping) and creating a database from it are prohibited.
- Third-party brand and model names appearing on the site are used solely for identification purposes; they belong to their respective rights holders and do not imply any cooperation or endorsement.
6. Restrictions on use
When using the site, you agree to refrain from the following conduct:
- Any attempt to obstruct or slow down the operation of the site or to circumvent its security measures.
- Attempting unauthorized access, probing for vulnerabilities, uploading malicious software and automated access that consumes system resources to an unreasonable extent.
- Using a misleading identity, submitting a request with another person's information.
- Using the site content for an unlawful purpose or as part of a transaction contrary to sanctions, export control and aviation legislation.
7. Limitation of liability
The site content is presented with care on the basis of the information available at the date of its preparation; however, no express or implied warranty is given as to uninterrupted access, freedom from error or currency. Access to the site may be temporarily suspended in the event of maintenance, failure, infrastructure-related interruption or force majeure.
To the extent permitted by the applicable legislation, Gazali Aviation cannot be held liable for decisions taken in reliance on the information on the site, for changes in inventory or technical data, for the acts of third parties (operator, owner, supplier, maintenance organization, insurer, logistics provider) or for indirect damages. This limitation does not apply in cases of intent and gross negligence, or in respect of liabilities that the legislation does not permit to be limited.

9. Changes to the terms
These terms may be updated when necessary. The current version is always published on this page and takes effect at the moment it is published; the date at the end of the page shows the date of the last update. Your continued use of the site after a change means that you accept the current terms.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
Turkish law applies to these Terms of Use and to disputes arising from the use of the site, and the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction. In commercial relationships established through our company's legal entity in the United Arab Emirates, the law and the dispute resolution method agreed in the contract signed between the parties apply with priority. This provision does not affect the rights you hold in the capacity of a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.
